Cancellation of the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce 2nd Annual Germanfest
ELLENSBURG, WA – May 11, 2020 - The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce remains committed to the health and well-being of our members and community. After much deliberation with our Board of Directors, staff, and Kittitas County Public Health Officials, the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce regrets to inform the cancellation of our 2nd Annual Germanfest event.
Germanfest, an event dedicated to German food and beer, with live authentic German-style entertainment, was set to be on June 20, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event was paired with the Ellensburg Downtown Association’s Dachshunds on Parade to entice travelers to stay in Ellensburg all-day. The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce is now working through the ramifications of this unprecedented situation and is exploring alternative options.
